Even when you can get rid of it with good advice and proper care, acne sometimes will go as far as leaving scars on your skin.
The traces of blackheads and whiteheads usually disappear on their own.
But subcutaneous pus agglomerations sometimes cause long-lasting scars. Scars that are often proportional in size to the inflammation that caused them.
You may have already experienced it: unfortunately, going to the dermatologist does not solve everything: these scars, especially when they are old, do not disappear using shock treatment.
On the other hand, there are natural products that have a healing action and a real effect if you apply them regularly and gently.
Here are 3 examples, from the most common to the rarest.
The easiest to find: lemon juice
Lemon has two virtues: first, its natural citric acid eliminates dead cells. Then it acts naturally against pigmentation.
Its use thus makes it possible to erase the redness created by the scars.
Method:
With a cotton pad, squeeze the juice of half a lemon over your skin.
Rinse after 5 minutes.
Be sure to space each treatment one or two days apart.
After application and rinsing, rehydrate with a natural skincare product suitable for oily skin.
The gentlest: aloe vera and tea tree essential oil
It is not a miracle cure, but a balm that will do your skin good. Aloe vera is known for its anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties,
Combine equal parts in a tiny bottle of aloe vera sap (or good quality gel – it should be clear, not green), with tea tree essential oil (Melaleuca alternifolia), known for its skin and anti-infectious benefits (effective against herpes, among others).
Method:
Shake and apply this treatment twice a day to the acne scars with a cotton pad before moisturizing normally with a suitable facial treatment.
The most astonishing: rosehip oil extracted with CO2
This somewhat rare rosehip oil has the same proportion of omega-3 essential fatty acids as musky rosehip oil.
But rosehip (Rosa canina) oil extracted with CO2 contains much higher doses of provitamin A, carotenoids and vitamin E.
Thanks to its composition, CO2 extracted rosehip oil (a natural extraction method suitable for low-yielding plants) is indicated for its deep cell regeneration action.
Method:
This oil with a fruity scent and an intense orange color can be applied every morning and evening to your recent or older acne scars.
On the other hand, it is an anti-aging concentrate and prepares the skin for the sun thanks to its high dose of carotenoids.
I hope that these 3 recipes will help you get rid of your scars. Perhaps you have others you’d like to share here…

Very interesting article.
Additionally, when we talk about acne, there is solace in the fact that a natural remedy like tamanu oil will work for most people.
Furthermore, for acne scars, helichrysum oil is worth trying.

Acne happens when your hair follicles are sealed with dead skin cells and oil. It usually causes blackheads, whiteheads, or pimples, and normally shows up on the forehead, face, upper back, shoulders, and chest. It usually occurs in females age between 14 to 17 and in males from the age of 16 to 19.
Thanks for the insight, Judith.
